I liked the mix of live sessions with self-guided learning, as well as the ability to rewatch recorded sessions. The module on PHPP is especially valuable, and I think it's smart to have that as completely self guided - I will be going back to it as I use PHPP in my job. Amazing course, I learnt so much and it has had a real impact on how I understand the modelling of all types of Passive House projects. The content was thorough, practical, and clearly explained, even when covering quite complex topics.
Anton was incredibly generous with his time and knowledge, always responding to questions in great detail and making sure concepts actually made sense in real-world applications, not just in theory. Excellent

Clear delivery of modules / recorded so that if you miss or misunderstand, you can watch back. Cheat sheet. Lots of practice questions. Module 1 was well structured and a good pace. Modules 2 and 3 felt more intensive (perhaps because self-led) and felt like would have benefitted from more time?

The course was easy to follow and the Tutor was patient and extremely helpful in explaining what could have been a very difficult course. He made things simple and enjoyable to learn/follow. I would recommend this particular course and Tutor for anyone interested in becoming a Certified Passive House Designer.

Condensed information in a well organized format

The course is well structured and informative. Despite it being a steep learning curve for me as a part 2 with limited construction experience, at the end of the course, I have built a fundamental understanding of Passive House design principles, with help from the course materials and conversations during classes between Anton and other experienced coursemates. It would be better if the recorded content could be downloaded for offline viewing, making it easier to watch while travelling.

Initially I was a bit reluctant and worries about the video lessons but then it proved to be a successful methodology because you can rewatch them any time you need. Plus, Anton is always available for a clarification. The speed he replied and the care he placed in the answers to our doubt was wonderful.
I felt supported and encouraged till the day of the exam. I am glad I chose them. Also because I can feel the passion they have for Passivhaus.

The flexibility through scheduled online learning and remote learning worked well for me. The lecturing was clear, and Anton was highly informed, very logical and a very clear communicator. Lots of past papers and questions helped to consolidate the information.

Good course, the speed of the course was nice, we got a lot of subjects covered efficiently. However, it was more work/more time consuming than I anticipated up front, which meant a lot of studying at nights and on weekends. But since the subject is so interesting this was not too much trouble. The tone of voice, level of English and manner of explaining was very pleasant.

Clearly & efficiently delivered while providing a high level of advanced scientific & practical information at a good pace. Lectures were very clear and effective despite being held remotely - encouraging participation and socialization but also had the option to be flexible around my work schedule. Neither my day job or my learning was impeded while taking the course.

Originally I was quite nervous about the Algebra involved (which I hadn't used since school) but I had no issues with learning the formulas because the practical use of them was well explained and we had plenty of resources and opportunity to practice. The revision structure prior to the exam was very effective.

Anton was very clear and explained trickier aspects of the course well, he was open to questions throughout the live lectures which meant that a question was not lost in the sea of detailed information we were given. I liked that there was variable speeds to the recorded lectures, this allowed me to slow down or speed up sections. The most useful part when it came to the exam was the pre-prepared 'mock' exams and additional question tasks alongside individual design tasks. Whilst I was unable to finish questions in time for the subsequent lectures which addressed these tasks, Anton was very active on the Passive House Community and promptly answered any and all questions I had, even up to the day of the exam!

Anton’s teaching was of high quality. I appreciated his competence, warmth and passion towards Passivhaus design.
The online content was perfect for me, and I could fit it in and around my busy schedule.

I think that the course is very good, I used it as a refresher before taking the Passive House Exam as it distilled the core points from each lecture we had taken in the Certified Passive House Designer Course.

I appreciated the self-paced structure, which allowed me to learn at my own rhythm, and the recorded lectures that I could revisit whenever needed. Anton's upbeat and positive attitude made the learning experience engaging and enjoyable, and his openness to questions—both during and outside of class—was incredibly supportive. The course is well designed and in every way adapted to its users. From the very beginning and introduction to the course until its end, we were well informed and had support regarding all questions and concerns from the course leader. I especially liked the materials we received after each lecture because they were well structured and thus made learning and repetition easier. The greatest praise goes to the recorded lectures given by Anton. They were so detailed, well-developed and the best material for learning and understanding new topics and programs.

well presented and easily digestible

The follow along step-by-step nature of the course meant that I could easily understand each step and the rational behind each input, this made it really engaging and interactive. I also liked how I could pause and play and change the speed of the video so I could continue at my own pace without the pressure of a live seminar. Very engaging and worth the money.

The course was really informative and easy to follow. I really like that it is self-paced and you can stop and start the videos as you are following along using the PHPP.
Anton always answered all questions I had in really good detail. 10/10 course . I would recommend this course to anyone wanting to learn how to model a single family home in PHPP.

Following the videos allowed me to study at my own pace and to go over things I did not understand. The quick response to questions was also really helpful. I also really appreciate having access to the vidoes afterwards and often use them if I am not sure about something. I felt well prepared for the exam

The course is brilliant—the best I've taken online. It's very well-structured and detailed. The videos are clear, engaging, and delivered with a positive tone. It offers comprehensive information for both everyday use and exam preparation. Every question I had was answered (and there were many!)

Overall, I really like the course! I think it addresses a very relevant and timely issue, especially in the context of future building designs. The course content feels applicable and forward-thinking, making it highly valuable for anyone involved in construction, architecture.

What I liked the most about the course is the profound knowledge in the course material and the great thorough explenation by Anton about the different kind of topics around Passive House. Anton is a new legend for me. With a great focus on the learning process. I couldn't join all the live sessions so extra plus that I could review the recordings like I was at the live session.

I'd previously contacted another Architect that had recently done the course and they pre-warned that it would be very intensive, so this was expected, but I imagine if you hadn't know this, it might be quite daunting. I know some in the group were anxious going into the exam, but the general feedback immediately after was that the were well, if not over prepared, and grateful for it.

Good excellent, I would recommend it and do also recommend the 101 as a pre course to this course.

The Passive House Certified Designer Online Course with Passive House School is an excellent program that provides in-depth knowledge of passive house design and building modelling. This training enhances my ability to engage in practical, collaborative discussions with interdisciplinary design teams and clients, all focused on creating buildings that genuinely perform for the well-being of occupants and the planet.

Anton's extensive knowledge of all things Passivhaus and his clear enthusiasm passing that knowledge on to his students makes for enjoyable and successful learning. He never hesitated on any questions and offered comprehensive answers promptly. At all times helpful, also with IT, without which some of us would have been stranded.

The course is well structured, I got a thorough understanding of all aspects of designing and building a passive house. Slides and online sessions as well as the videos are of good quality. Easy to follow. Exam preparation is well in excess of what is the minimum requirement.

Very well-structured and paced, the course has more than prepared me for passing the exams and becoming a Certified Passive House Designer: it has been a refresh of building physics and provided me with a lot of new information about energy efficiency.
I've very much enjoyed the option to join seminars live - online, or watch them at our own pace as it was easier to fit in with other obligations. The homework and exercises helped me bridge the gap between knowledge and application.

The course is really great, with passionate and helpful tutors. There's a ton of information but it is al brought very clearly and there are several moments during the course where you can discuss your questions with your fellow students and tutors. Next to this there is also a good online community where you can ask questions and find extra answers/information.

The teachers were very good at explaining everything very thoroughly and answering questions of the students. It was also very good to have some practical experience with PHPP and the design exercises. The 4 hours in one sitting was a bit long for an evening course after work. For me 3 hour sessions from 17.00h to 20.00h would work better I think.

Great, if you're looking for fast-tracked accreditation. The way it was delivered: Anton was clear and succinct with an ability to make sure the information was understood before moving on.

I am really happy with the decision of taking this course, the lectures are very well prepared and the theoretical informations are very well complemented by practical situations explained and by many tips and tricks. The flexibility of the parts which are harder is very wellcomed, as everyone has a different pace. The only thing that I think deserves a little bit of adjustment are the 2nd and 3rd module as timings and programmed meetings for questions, maybe more time and more meetings to keep a tighter schedule would be nice.

I liked the fact that I could learn and complete the course at my own pace. Very well structured and thorough learning material, with a good amount of sample exercises and practice exam papers. The bonus learning material offered are great! They'll further help solidify what has been learned over the course.

I found the course very interesting and relevant with the current push for more sustainable practices and buildings. Both Anton and Svetlin are very knowledgeable and keen on answering any questions we have as well as making sure people understood what was discussed in each session. It’s quite intense if you have a full time occupation but that’s not a critique of the course itself.

Excellent, Concise but extremely informative

I loved the whole course and am very satisfied. I am happy with the decision to go with Passive House School and would make the same decision again! The structure of the whole course was very well thought out and organised. The additional material provided, such as the case study of the Sophia house inc. site photos, the presentation as well as the live walk through of various components, ducts etc were very useful. Our course facilitators were very attentive and patient with us!
