Passive House Plus in Markovo

Passive House School was the certifier of the Passive House Plus in Markovo.

The detached villa is located in the beautiful area near Markovo Plovdiv, in the Rodopi Mountains.

The goal of the team is to build a second, certified Passive House in Bulgaria that has a very attractive exterior. In this way, were combined the advantages of the Passive House standard with the trends in modern architecture.
